Free next day delivery within the UK mainland on all orders over £50. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be posted on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Unfortunately this does not apply to made to order items such as duvet covers, pillows, toppers and items from our climarelle and coolmax ranges which, due to covid related issues, are currently taking 15 – 20 working days. We also regret that this offer does not apply to orders outside the UK which have to be sent by international parcel services although we will endeavour to process these as quickly as we can.
Delivery within the UK
We offer free next working day delivery within the UK for orders over £50. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be posted on Monday for delivery the next day. This does not apply to duvets, pillows, toppers and our climarelle and coolmax ranges which are made to order – see below.
For orders of £50 or under, delivery is £3.95.
Delivery to mainland Europe and the Channel Islands (typically 3-7 days) is available for £10. We regret that we cannot deliver toppers, duvets or pillows outside the UK but all our other products are available for delivery. Following changes due to Brexit, UK VAT will not be charged on our EU orders and for most of our products (all apart from Alex and Etoile) which are made in the EU, there should be no customs duties. Local VAT will apply which we understand will normally be charged at the point of delivery.
Delivery to USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand (typically 5-7 days) is available for £12. Additional customs duties may also arise but UK VAT will not be charged. We regret that at the present time we cannot deliver toppers, duvets or pillows outside the UK but all our other products are available.
Delivery for duvets, pillows and toppers
All of our duvets, pillows, toppers and products from our climarelle and coolmax ranges are made to order. Due to covid related issues they are currently taking 15 -20 days from the date of order until delivery. We regret that at the present time we cannot deliver toppers, duvets or pillows outside the UK.
We want you to be satisfied with all your purchases from us. If you change your mind or are not delighted with any purchase you can return it for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges) within 30 days of receipt if it is in new condition, has not been used and you have not removed it from its original packaging. We are naturally disappointed when you are for any reason unhappy with any of our products and would be grateful if you could tell us the reasons why you are dissatisfied with any product. Please let us know if you wish to cancel your order within the 30 day period by sending us an email to email@example.com. Please note that for a cancellation within 14 days of delivery we would recommend that you exercise your legal rights to cancel set out below as these will also extend to a refund of standard delivery charges.
These rights do not apply to certain products which have been sealed for hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken, in particular, duvets, pillows and toppers.
In the unlikely event that any item is faulty please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund including delivery charges and we will arrange to collect the item from within the UK at no cost to you.
None of this affects in any way your legal rights to cancel or your legal rights in respect of any faulty goods or goods which have not been accurately described.
How long does it take us to process returns.
Typically this will be within 5 working days and in any event should be within 10 days from return of the items although it may take longer to appear on your card statement. We will notify you by email when we have processed your refund if we have your email address. Please contact us on email@example.com in the event of any delay beyond these times and we will deal with promptly.
Legal Right to Cancel
The Consumer Contracts Regulations give you the right to cancel an order within the 14 days after the products are delivered to you or, where the items are received by someone else, for example in the case of a gift, that person. Where you have ordered a number of a single order the 14 days runs from when you receive the last product. to change your mind and cancel your order. Where a number of items are ordered in a single order are delivered at different times, the 14 days runs from the date of receipt of the last delivery.
Please let us know if you wish to cancel your order within the 14 day time limit by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling.
Please return the cancelled items if you have already received them or subsequently receive them as soon as you reasonably can and in any event within 14 days of the date you gave us notice of cancellation. We regret that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the items to us.
We will provide a full refund of the price you paid for the cancelled items together with any standard delivery charges and this will be credited to the payment card you used to make the purchase and we will process this as efficiently as we can following return of the cancelled items or after receiving proof that you have sent them back.
If you do exercise these rights, we would ask that you do not treat items in a way which will affect their value as this could result in a reduction in the amount refunded to reflect any loss of value. We regret that we can only refund delivery charges incurred at the standard rate and not additional costs for weekend or next day delivery.
