Your privacy is important. We take it seriously and will endeavour to safely hold any personal data we obtain from you during the process of placing an order or which is otherwise obtained so as to prevent unauthorised access to it. The personal data we may receive or obtain includes anything you input yourselves in the course of placing an order, any correspondence from you including reviews, information concerning your browsing history whilst on our site, related information such as the IP address of the computer you use to make an order or browse with and its geographical location.
All payment card details that you supply when placing an order over our website are encrypted so that we do not have any ability to separately access that information. Any payment card information you give us over the telephone will not be written down or recorded separately but will only be inputted onto our payment systems. Payment card data will be utilised by our payment service providers only to pay for the products ordered or to process repayments.
Use of your personal data
We propose, unless you notify us otherwise, to use your data only for the purposes of enabling us to deal efficiently with any order you place with us which could include credit and fraud checks as appropriate, to run our website more efficiently and plan and implement marketing campaigns including mailings and product reviews, research or where relevant to exercise or defend any legal claims.
