However, you agree that we may also use it in connection with any follow up to your order including asking you to leave a review or suggesting other products or offers that you may find of interest unless you have opted out of us making contact in this way which you will be able to do when you place an order with us, register with us or at any future time by logging on to your account and opting out. We may also use such information to help us plan future marketing or product choices if relevant.

Where you have a discount code, the discount given is a discount from our normal prices, is non-transferrable unless otherwise stated and you agree to use it strictly in accordance with any conditions specified in connection with its issue and in particular the identity of the recipient or class of recipients of the discount. Unless specifically stated any discount code will not be use-able in conjunction with any other offers.

We do our very best to accurately describe all our products and to provide clear photographs of our products on our website to ensure that you can be clear what you are buying when you click on ‘ADD TO BASKET’. However we recognise that occasionally products may not look exactly as you expect as colours can be affected by ambient lighting. we do offer free swatches on all of our colours and fabrics if you are unsure. In addition to your legal rights of cancellation we also allow you to return products within 30 days if you change your mind provided the products are undamaged, unused and in their proper packaging. If they have been handled in a way which affects their value we reserve the right at our discretion to reduce the amount of purchase price refund to take this into account.

Please note that we will only take a payment from your payment card when the ordered products have been sent. Until that point in time, there is no formal contract between us but simply an offer by you to purchase the products selected by you at the price stated net of any discounts deducted in the check out process. If for any reason we are unable to process your order we will notify you as soon as we can and no payment will be taken.

Please see our cancellation policy on the delivery and returns page.

The delivery charges will be highlighted and deducted at the check out stage of your order. A summary of our delivery charges can be found under delivery and returns.

We will always endeavour to ensure that products are delivered within the times stated but these are estimates albeit estimates which we expect to meet absent unforeseen circumstances. We cannot accept any liability where delivery is not made within the times stated save that we will fully reimburse any additional amounts paid for express or weekend delivery if the delivery is for any reason delayed.
